| Everybody remembers the Troggs.."Wild Thing" is one of the most performed songs by anyone who has ever been in a band...The Troggs have always been associated with this great wild song...this 60's anthem, but it is just one of a string of UK hits for this group.Never strangers to controversy...they were told their records were too suggestive, but they went on, any way... Now, at the millenium, the Troggs are very much a cult band.Polygram just released a 52 track cd set for the USA and the UK.. Here is "Wild Thing" in it's original format. | You're a wild thing, that I know for sure It's part of your charm, and sweet allure... If ever two were one, are we... No one's loved you more than me... This love is such, I can't repay.. The feelings, deep.. you give each day... Rivers cannot quench my thirst... I always put my wild thing first..... Your arms, they fuel desire, inside... You make me forget,.all earthly pride... I roar like a lioness, for her mate.. And curse the mighty hand of fate.... Wild child, let me love you, deep... Let me disturb your peaceful sleep.. Let warmth of bodies toss and turn.. Let embers of our passion burn... Compare other women, if you can... For only I, make you a man... Sweet sanctification...do I give..
