This is a different twist. I love this song. This is called "Baby Loves To Rock It" by the Tractors...A cute way to start out the New Year. Happy 2003 |
"Biker's Freedom" |
Written by Susan Jane Kahon |
Some think it's strange that I wanna ride a bike But honey, dontcha know, we're not that much unalike? I'm not so different from all of the rest Just because I wear a bandana and a vest I'm just a woman...to my man, I am true.. And I'm just as loyal, to the red, white and blue Just because leather is covering my back Doesn't mean my life isn't on the right track... Riding the wind, free as a breeze I can kiss the stars, I can touch the trees It doesn't matter, the clothes that I wear.. Or if I have a biker cut, or long, flowing hair.. Maybe tatoos and leather, you don't understand But I am still loyal, to my native land So before you make your mind up, what I may be Take a look in the mirror..what do you see? The woman that you see..staring right back Is not any different from the woman in black I'll ride my bike..you can ride your car.. I'll keep my freedom..you're still behind bars.. Just 'cause I'm tough, and ride along for miles Doesn't mean that I don't take time for a smile... Life is an attitude..kindness is free But this biker lady loves her liberty Ride Proud and Free written by Susan J.
