" A Casual Kiss.." |
Susan's Poetry In Motion |
Sung by Leon Peels |
"Just A Casual Kiss" was recorded in 1964 by Leon Peels. I love this song. It is reminiscent of the sixties music I love and cherish. And it's very romantic. Please enjoy the poem and the music and the graphics. |
"The Softest Sigh" |
From The Poetry Collection Of Susan J. Kahon |
When friendship or love moves our hearts inside Like fluttering wings of a bird Love claims us now, sofly and swift Without uttering a single word Day after day, the growing of love From the touch of a simple kiss.. Starting from such a small mystery And blossoming into pure bliss Burning passions, comfort and pride From a man who's love is so dear Giving so much, but the best gift of all Is when he sheds just a single tear Emotions mean much, from a man who loves, deep Because he never will pass me by He masks his fear with his heart in his hand And gives me the softest sigh For Christmas, he gives me a part of himself He is his own fanciful wreath.. Decorated by tears, by joy and by love I'm stolen, and he is the thief This dear friend of my heart, I love him And tonight, when my soul's wings take flight I'll take him with me, in dreams Into the orbital blackness of night written by Susan Jane Kahon December 24 Christmas Eve 6:29pm Recovered: Sept. 12th, 2023 Some Links & Counters may no longer be Active! |
