Pop and classical singer Josh Groban made his debut in the seventh grade, but then put music aside for a few years while he enrolled at the Interlochen Arts Program. In late 1998 he hooked up with a friend of his vocal coach, producer/writer/arranger David Foster. Groban worked for Foster as a rehearsal singer on a series of high-profile events. He rehearsed Foster's "The Prayer" with Celine Dion in place of Andrea Bocelli. His debut album "Josh Groban "was released in November 2001. Over the next year, Groban became a star. His album went double platinum, and he had his own PBS special in November 2002. A month later, he performed "To Where You Are" and "The Prayer" at the Nobel peace Prize concert in Oslo, Norway, and joined other stars for a holiday performance at the Vatican, in Rome, and in November 2003 released his second album, "Closer" Two month later "Closer" skyrocketed from number 11 to number one on the Billboard Charts. All music is copyrighted. God Bless All tonight. |
"Whispers Of Love" |
Cursed with memories burned so deep A hundred broken hearts that weep We taste the pleasures of our lust That wash away, our loneliness A thousand tears, erase the lines Of a worried soul, and troubled mind The endless clash of flesh and bone Keeps our hearts from being alone Into the deafness of two hearts Whispers of love, we now impart Who'd ever know that one embrace Would illuminate your crystal face Speak words softly, wrap me close Feel... the blending of our souls Arousals, now we can't deny Night's passions now, are riding high Moon's mercury pays witness to it all She shows us where we've gone before Don't be disturbed, It's too complex We'll love in this life, and in the next Susan Kahon October 14 2004 ICYU Recovered: February 21st, 2025 Some Links & Counters May no longer be Active!
