"Mirror Imagry" |
From The poetry collection of Susan Jane Kahon |
My head, my heart, my eye.. I see Reflected in your mirrored imagry.. My joy, my life, of earthly store... Need I dare want and ask for more? I yearn for us to cleave together.. And ties of heart, to disjoin, never... If you should leave, I'll mourn in black My sun...wiped off the zodiac...... Those strange effects, go on so long... When you are always southward bound.. Yet your contentment yields a space Where forever's written on your face... Come..softly, to me, in your quest Within the boundaries of my breast.. And when the northern sun returns Don't let it set, just let it burn.. With you no pain, no frost I felt.. Your warmth caused icy cold.. to melt Flesh of my flesh, bone of my bone I'm here, you're there, yet we are one written by Susan Jane Kahon September 2, 2003 ICYU 3:03pm Recovered: Sept. 19th, 2023 Some Links & Counters may no longer be Active! |
