| Lay me down to sleep in bliss...... After autumn's days have softly kissed Each lovely dream within my mind... Dreams, replayed...time after time Velvet dreams, and passionate nights Wrapped in wonder, taking flight Making every wish come true Each wish comes in a different hue Colours, now..in red and gold Uncovering spirits..bright and bold No tears here, where can they fall? You've always caught them, each and all... Wake me at the stroke of ten... Let the leaves enfold;caress again... The touch you give begins to fade New beginnings, now..have to be made... Autumn hues..crisp, woodsy walks Quiet memories and secret talks Watch the leaves come tumbling down Feel all the love, that does surround If it's all the same, what can I say With your touch and lips so far away Let's sit and watch the moon so bright Light up the sensuous autumn night And in time, you know, that you will measure All the love there is to treasure When the harvest moon is on the rise I'll find the love there..in your eyes And when I still need to be with you now I open up my mind somehow..
