| I wish I were the tears from your blue eyes Then I'd run down your cheek and on your lips, I'd die I wish you were a tear in my eyes, too Then I'd never have to cry, for fear of losing you Your eyes are my memory, so soft and clear.. Your lips so moist,so wonderful and dear You have that enchanting glance to set my heart ablaze.. Softly, in the morning light into my soul you gaze You're a distant drum beckoning me to dance With me, my darling, please take one more chance The Hand that designed you, made the truth..
