"Where True Love Lies" |
From The Poetry Collection of Susan Jane Kahon |
You have a home in my heart Where your love's like the ocean's breeze This little lady loves her man... There's no way, he can displease.... Lit by the glory of God's endless love Thoughts of you bind me to the stars We're together forever, in the eternal sky I'm Lady Venus...you're planet Mars.... An angel has whispered a promise And the lighthouse of love shines it's beam Lighting the path for lovers to walk To the lovliest place, ever seen.. Oh, this lady loves her sweetheart I want to hold you, with my lover's dance And you've fallen for me so completely Love has made you take this chance... My journey with you is still pending But it is now bound by heart and touch We'll spread the blessing of lasting love For we love each other, so much. Rubies come forth, from the rising sun And I see the diamonds, that shine in your eyes So who needs gold or silver and gems For in the heart, is where true beauty lies... written by Susan Jane Kahon Medford Wis.
