| Few groups captivated an era like Bad Company...Twenty six years after the band formed in 1973 with Paul Rodgers emerging from the much revered group "Free"... Mick Ralphs exiting from "Mott The Hoople", and bassist Ray Burrell (King Crimson) and drummer Simon Kirke (Free),completing the legendary group. the band has enjoyed that increasingly rare status of one of music's most formidable rock giants.. Their captivating influence now spans more than a generation. Their incredible string of gold and platinum albums, as well as several unforgettable chart topping anthems, confirms that the original Bad Company's reign (1973-1982), created one of rock's enigmatic stories. | There's a world set apart from all mankind A world where you and I dwell... I can't say exactly where it is... But I seem to know it, so well... It's where peach blossoms flow down the river.. It's where kisses run wild... in the rain.. It's where you and I love each other.... It's where love overcomes all the pain... We go into the dark, in the shadows.. And hide, where we cannot be shown... High above us, the milky way shines Lighting up, the smooth river stones... Three thousand feet of watery bliss.. We descend to the bottom, of love...... Waterfalls dance all around us, now... And the stairway to heaven's above... One slip of the moon, and it's over... Then the magic of nighttime will pass.... Will my darling, still love me tomorrow? That's all that I ever will ask..... My loving heart calls my angel to me.... He with sleepy head, and folded wing.. Under the crescent glow of the moon Romance starts to nod, and to sing... |
