"Might As Well Stay By You.." |
From The Poetry Collection Of Susan Jane Kahon |
If I were a raindrop, falling on you... I'd want to stay, forever..in your soul.. I'd want to stay right here beside you And let my healing, become whole.. Might as well, stay by you.... For your warm feeling, never goes away.. This fire, you pour onto me Lasts more than just one day.. Heat..yet soothing passion flows, Colours, fill me, can't you see? Reds and golds and ambers.. Flashing bright, in ecstacy.. Last night, I touched you deeply.. Making love...Not just a game... The heart to heart connection Left the imprint of your name... The impact, that consumed us.. Out of control, we blindly went Forever, a fever, in the night The few hours that were spent.. I felt a fire, when we kissed.. Visionary heat, and passion running deep Taking me beyond the realm of earth Into my sensual sleep So I will stay with you.. Don't want no other place to go... Like a storm, you came and took me.. I just wanted you to know... written By Susan J. Kahon March 8 2003 5:30pm ICU |
